What is the Lonzo Designs Featured Artist program?

Periodically, Lonzo Designs features a body of work by an established or emerging artist. Some of the featured artists work in traditional media and digitize their artwork for the web. Others create their images using digital tools. Artists chosen for the program will have 8 to 12 of their images displayed in the Lonzo Designs Featured Artist section.

What types of images is Lonzo Designs looking for?

We are open to a wide range of subjects and media, as long as the images submitted are in GIF or JPEG format. The images must also be formatted to Lonzo Designs horizontal and vertical specifications. Check our website to see examples of images from various photographers and budding artists.

What happens if you are selected to be a Featured Artist?

Your work will be presented in the Featured Artist section of Lonzo Designs. In turn, Featured Artists will sign an agreement in which Lonzo Designs is granted the right to use the artist's images for a specified period of time. The Lonzo Designs Featured Artist page typically includes a short bio, 8-10 thumbnails of images and a link to the artist's own web site. If you don't have a portfolio Lonzo Designs can offer you a discount on a portfolio web page or web site. Contact Joan for details.

In the body of the email, provide:

Your name
Contact information
A brief artist bio
A list of recent shows, published works, or the URLs of websites where your works are featured. (if any)
A URL of your portfolio (if you do not have one - we can make you one at a nominal charge.)
Finally, attach one or two sample images in GIF or JPEG format, or provide a link to a web page of your images.

Can I mail you a CD with several images?

After the review process we will want a CD sent to us with all the images that we can place on the Featured Artist section on the Lonzo Designs website.
